What does the subscription include?
Everything: a full bespoke redesign of your site, hosting, updates, Google SEO, optimisation for AI assistants, and support. Nothing to install or administer.
How quickly is my site live?
Your redesigned site goes live within 5 working days of your payment and complete file. Your current content is carried over, and we tell you exactly which items to provide depending on your plan. The initial preview is free, with no obligation to order.
What happens to my domain name?
We carry over your existing domain: it remains your property and your address does not change. Your customers find you at the same place, on a brand-new site.
Am I locked in?
You choose at checkout. Set-up: €290 excl. VAT, one-off, waived if you choose the 12-month commitment at checkout. If you cancel early for convenience, future monthly payments cease and only the unamortised portion of the set-up fee is due. After the 12 months, the subscription continues month to month, with no new commitment and no exit indemnity, and may then be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. Without this commitment, the subscription has no minimum term.
Can I buy my site instead of subscribing?
Yes, at a fixed price, as a one-off payment: €1,500 excl. VAT for Essential, €2,300 excl. VAT for Pro or €3,300 excl. VAT for Premium. You receive the cleaned source and a ready-to-upload version of the site for the host of your choice. Domain, hosting and go-live are not included. The managed plan remains our recommendation — you have nothing to handle.
